The Podolsky Northstar Investment Brokerage Team has won several awards from professional associations. In addition to numerous other deals, the company sold Westbrook Corporate Center, a five tower, one million square foot office facility, for $181 million.
In addition to being recognized for large portfolio transactions, the Podolsky Northstar Investment Brokerage Team has sold or acquired individual office, industrial and retail properties ranging in value from $500,000 to $181,000,000 on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial ownership. The team has completed multiple transactions for many long term clients over the years.
