Adam Tarantur joined the Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International team in 2005 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics.
In his first two years with Podolsky Northstar, Adam played an integral role in a number of significant transactions, including the investment sales of a 283,000 square foot office complex and a 1.9 million square foot industrial portfolio. He has since successfully participated in the disposition of over 3,000,000 square feet of industrial, office, flex and retail properties on behalf of both institutional and entrepreneurial owners.
Adam has also completed numerous leasing transactions, ranging from small, straight-forward office leases to large, complex industrial transactions. Having worked for single asset landlords, private real estate companies and publicly traded real estate investment trusts — all of which have differing methodologies and reporting structures, as well as desired outcomes — Adam has gained valuable insight into a landlord's goals and objectives.
He has also developed an understanding of the individual needs of the tenant, making him an informed advocate for either party he represents in the transaction, be it landlord or tenant, while at the same time understanding the other party's motivation.
In just over five years' time, Adam has become a vice president of Podolsky Northstar's brokerage division and a member of the company's board of directors. Adam enthusiastically serves his clients with integrity, an impeccable work ethic, a strong sense of community and very high standards of personal achievement. Adam is on the board of directors for the Jewish Council for Youth Services (JCYS) and is active in the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago (RHAMC). He also participates in Rebuilding Together and Monday Meals at Temple Sholom on an annual basis.
