Corey Chase has been a Principal at Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International since 2004. Corey specializes in office and industrial tenant representation brokerage, with an emphasis on governmental and municipal incentives.

In his 24 year real estate career, Corey has completed more than 27 million square feet of transactions with a value exceeding $200 million. Focusing on tenant representation for office and industrial users in the Midwest Region, Corey has represented both institutional and entrepreneurial owners. Corey’s key skills include consulting, leasing strategy and negotiations, acquisition/disposition, governmental incentives, asset management, financial analysis and construction administration.

Prior to joining Podolsky Northstar, Corey was Managing Director for Studley’s Chicago office.

In 1995, Corey was nominated by NAIOP for the Chicago Real Estate Industrial Transaction of the Year.
