Steven Tick is a Senior Vice President in the Brokerage Division of Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International and has been with the firm since 1995. Steven has over 20 years of industry experience, specializing in industrial brokerage, redevelopment and build-to-suit for both local and national clients. Steven has completed over 600 transactions during his accomplished career.

Amongst his many clients, Steven has worked with Warburg StorageMart Partners for more than 6 years. Steven brings special expertise to this valued client, as he excels in identifying industrial properties with retail components and upgrading them to meet the needs of StorageMart. Steven worked directly with StorageMart to create a “super store” concept that couples self-storage with climate-controlled warehouse space. Steven has been vital to the market presence of StorageMart in the Chicagoland area, and also provides them with both national and international representation in Minneapolis, Las Vegas, Boston, Detroit, Washington, DC and Great Britain.

Steven’s redevelopment projects reveal the creative side of his expertise, where his ability to “think outside the box” produces superior results for his clients. Some of his redevelopment projects have included:
- the conversion of a public school site to a Target store
- the conversion of a commercial laundry to a records retrieval warehouse for Archer Daniels Midland
- the conversion of an inner city manufacturing campus to a 26 acre retail development for Menards
