RIVERWOODS DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS
Randy Podolsky has served entrepreneurial, corporate, institutional, and Not-For-Profit real estate clients for over 50 years, providing personalized transactional service, contract negotiation, and advisory services for all facets of commercial real estate. Strategizing and executing complex real estate and debt transactions is his passion. One of Randy’s proudest professional accomplishments is his history of assisting Not-For-Profit clients with their real estate planning and development.
U.S. COAST GUARD AUXILIARY
Randy has been a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary since 1991 and served as the elected District Commodore of the Ninth District Western Region in 2009 & 2010, overseeing the operations of over 1,100 uniformed, volunteer auxiliary members. In 2001, he saw an urgent need for funding and resources to support local Auxiliary units and their members, forming the Waukegan Water Safety Association (WWSA) to fill the void.
WAUKEGAN WATER SAFETY ASSOCIATION
Waukegan Water Safety Association (WWSA) was formed by Randy in 2001 to support the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary with resources not otherwise available to its uniformed, all-volunteer membership. WWSA’s nonprofit status allows it to raise awareness and solicit funding for Auxiliary programs, missions, and operations. The Auxiliary units are largely funded by their members, with minimal financial support from the Coast Guard. No assets are supplied by the Coast Guard, so all physical resources are acquired, owned, and operated by individual members of the unit.
